Hello there! A quiet, clean double room on the flat on Newington Green for a female. A wonderful, bright flat where you will share the bathroom, kitchen and living room with only one person. All invoices and tax included. It is very convenient for a working professional or student. This is not a party house. So looking for someone chilled and respectful to fit in with this house hold. Unfortunately no couples or pets. Walking distance to Stoke Newington. 10 min to Canonbury Station. 15 minutes from Angel. There are many local shops, cafes, restaurants and Tesco around. We are 5 minutes away from Clissold Park. I am looking for someone who respects personal space and will keep the common areas absolutely clean.

Weekly rent is £159 all inclusive. Deposit is £600 + first months rent(£690) in advance. You can pay weekly after the 1st month.

References required.
